Business Development – Enterprise SaaS Sales

About Us:
We are an emerging SaaS startup providing AI-powered video analytics solutions for compliance, safety, security, workforce management, QA, customer insights and more. Our product is sector-agnostic, so it can help any enterprise, including manufacturing, construction, warehouses, logistics, educational institutes, office spaces and retail.

Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated Business Development Associates who can do end-to-end sales, to expand our customer base globally. This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven and looking for flexibility while gaining experience in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
  • Generate leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos.
  • Maintain prospect database and provide regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to close opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in SaaS/AI technology and business development.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior sales/marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: AED250,000.00 - AED400,000.00 per year
