We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client's team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management, with the ability to identify business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FM sector (hard and soft services, O&M, MEP, cleaning, security, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to design tailored service solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Maintain an updated CRM with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Facilities Management or O&M sector in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of FM services, tendering processes, and B2B client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom

Pay: ﷼11,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month
