Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support business growth in international markets. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and help expand our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads from freelance platforms and professional networks.
  • Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Represent Neoline Logic at networking events, meetings, and online forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory — international client interaction required).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with lead generation on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing services to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
  • Good understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
