Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales and recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for recruitment services.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain sales records and prepare progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
