Role Overview We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base. The role is sales-focused, involving calls to both new and existing clients, convincing them to: 01. Open trading accounts with our regulated & licensed partner broker. 02. Subscribe to our paid trading analysis service on WhatsApp. 03. Purchase our professional trading course. Appear in marketing videos. Generate AI Content. Key Responsibilities 01. Make outbound calls to new and old potential investors/traders. 02. Explain the benefits of our brokerage partner and assist clients in account opening. 03. Promote and sell our paid WhatsApp analysis subscription. 04. Sell our trading education courses. 05. Use Chat-GPT (AI) to generate content. 06. Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships. 07. Achieve monthly sales targets. 08. Appear effectively and speak persuasively in marketing videos. Required Skills & Qualifications 01. 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, call center, or financial services. 02. Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English required). 03. Confidence in handling client objections and rejections. 04. Knowledge of trading, stock market, or financial products (preferred but not mandatory if eager to learn). 05. Ability to use WhatsApp Business, Excel/CRM tools for tracking clients. 06. Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commissions. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary (35000 - 40000 PKR Monthly) + Commission (uncapped earning potential). Timings Working Hours & Schedule: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday Off)
