Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be instrumental in identifying market potential, devising strategic development plans, and aligning Slimstock's capabilities with market opportunities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to engage key decision-makers, cultivate strong client relationships, and maintain a proactive approach to sales pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

 Cultivate and maintain client relationships, articulating the value of Slimstock's software solutions.

 Achieve sales targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.

 Actively engage with industry networks to expand market reach.

 Map decision-making processes and key stakeholders within target client organizations.

 Contribute insights to the growth strategy and overall business plan.

 Stay abreast of competitors' activities, products, and pricing.

 Represent Slimstock at industry conferences and events as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 1-3 years sales experience is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.  Experience with enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft is preferred.

 Strong business acumen with proven commercial awareness and sales capabilities.

 Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

 Exceptional relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.

 Solid understanding of the supply chain industry and its challenges is preferred.

 Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
