About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of proven experience in the event industry. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in sponsorship acquisition, award partnerships, and client engagement. The role focuses on driving sponsorship opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-term client relationships to support the success of our events and generating award-related business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard potential sponsors, partners, and clients within the event ecosystem.

Generate sponsorship opportunities and secure partnerships for events, exhibitions, and awards.

Manage award partnerships by engaging with organizations and decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and effective communication.

Manage the complete business development cycle – from lead identification to partnership closure.

Collaborate with internal teams (event, marketing, operations) to ensure sponsor/partner deliverables are achieved.

Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
