Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth by building and managing strong relationships with lead sources. The role involves onboarding and engaging with real estate brokers, facility management companies, and property developers, while ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, register, and onboard new lead sources such as real estate brokers, facility management companies, and developers.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with partners and lead sources.

* Manage the end-to-end lead generation process to ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.

* Collaborate with internal teams to track and convert leads into business opportunities.

* Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to strengthen partnerships.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.

* Prepare and maintain reports on lead generation activities and business performance.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (real estate/facility management background is a plus).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with partners.

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
