Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of hospital services by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, improving patient inflow, and enhancing brand visibility. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, outreach, and stakeholder engagement to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Identify potential growth areas, new markets, and service gaps.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and manage relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, clinics, and other referral sources.
- Develop tie-ups with local and international healthcare providers, diagnostic centers, and wellness programs.
- Patient Acquisition:
- Drive patient inflow through outreach programs, camps, digital marketing, and patient referral systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns targeting specific demographics or services.
- Corporate Engagement:
- Work with HR departments of companies to promote preventive health check-ups, health camps, and corporate wellness packages.
- Manage corporate accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth:
- Identify and develop new services or specialties based on community needs.
- Monitor performance of service lines and assist in pricing and promotion strategies.
- Brand Development:
- Participate in conferences, medical forums, and industry events to represent the hospital.
- Promote hospital services through presentations, brochures, and digital platforms.
- Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of new business initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs related to patient acquisition, satisfaction, and revenue.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2–5 years (for executives) / 5–10 years (for managers) in business development, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.

Reporting To:
Hospital Director / CEO / Head of Marketing & Business Development
Work Environment:
- Office-based with frequent travel to partner organizations, corporates, events, and outreach locations.
- May involve occasional weekend events or health camps.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
