Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Expert to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Communicate with your abilities and Guide clients about the company’s services. Generate Sales Leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce products/services, Follow up on email responses, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Schedule and confirm sales meetings or presentations.
  • Connect with potential clients on relevant social media platforms.
  • Evaluating and identifying Clients' needs and satisfaction.
  • Listen to all queries of clients regarding our product/services and answer them briefly.
  • To understand customer requirements, and guide accordingly.
  • Tailor presentable content to address client needs.

Requirements and skills

  • Fluent speaking in English.
  • Keen listener to understand the clients and their needs.
  • Able to multi-task and handle pressure.
  • Target-oriented and persuasive.
  • Ensure high-quality communication on calls with national and international clients.
  • Well known with the computer, and call center system.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
