Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE (DIP)
Salary: AED 3,000 – 6,000 + 2% commission on projects above AED 500,000
Experience: 2–5 years in interior fit-out or construction sales

Requirements:

• Proven sales/business development experience
• Good knowledge of UAE market (preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• English fluent; Arabic is a plus
• UAE driving license (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and secure new projects
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with design/technical teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets
