We Are CreActive is a growing Digital Marketing and Lead Generation agency, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We’re looking for dynamic and career-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing and lead generation solutions.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations to pitch services effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Energetic, motivated, and willing to work night shifts.
