Role: Business Development Executive (Facilities Management)

Industry: Logistics and Supply chain

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in the FM sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and estimates with focus on value engineering and compliance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, HSEQ standards, and international quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Facilities Management business development.
• Technical background in MEP is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and client management skills.
