Business Development Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and build a robust lead database.
  • Perform lead generation through various channels including LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Assist in client follow-up calls and meetings.
  • Track and update all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Present and explain recruitment services clearly and concisely to prospects.
  • Address and handle objections or rebuttals during calls professionally.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for engaging high-potential prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or final semester student from a reputable local or international business school.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in international markets.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing potential clients.
  • Strong background in cold calling and US B2B sales (experience in Canadian, European, or Australian markets is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in selling services, ideally in recruitment or staffing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Office Locations

  • Karachi: Tipu Sultan Road, near Habbit City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
