Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and build a robust lead database.
- Perform lead generation through various channels including LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, and online research.
- Assist in client follow-up calls and meetings.
- Track and update all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Present and explain recruitment services clearly and concisely to prospects.
- Address and handle objections or rebuttals during calls professionally.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for engaging high-potential prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final semester student from a reputable local or international business school.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in international markets.
- Proven experience in lead generation and nurturing potential clients.
- Strong background in cold calling and US B2B sales (experience in Canadian, European, or Australian markets is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in selling services, ideally in recruitment or staffing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
