About the Role
We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the FMCG segment, specifically for Biskitos products. The role involves building a strong partner ecosystem, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG sales, channel management, and market development with the ability to deliver revenue growth in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a strong partner ecosystem to drive sales growth in the assigned geography.
- Increase market penetration and build a strong brand presence for Biskitos products.
- Identify market trends, track new product developments, and monitor competition to create effective brand awareness.
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to achieve business growth.
- Strengthen sales channels by onboarding new partners and improving performance of existing ones.
- Train and mentor partners’ teams to generate leads and improve sales conversions.
- Develop a territory-specific sales plan in consultation with channel partners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospective clients through various channels.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key end users.
- Address and resolve end-user queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat sales through consistent engagement and service.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a revenue-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and client meetings.
