Business Development Executive

Doha, Qatar

We are Hiring Business Development Executive - Heavy Equipment & Machinery to join our company in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:

● Create and implement effective Sales & Rental strategies to drive revenue growth for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Spider Lifts, Telehandlers and Truck-Mounted Boom Lifts.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

● Actively engage with UG Service and Operations teams to maintain customer retention.

● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

● Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust strategies and expand UG’s market presence.

● Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Adjust tactics based on performance data to achieve targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing.

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales & Rentals, specifically within the heavy equipment and machinery industry in Qatar.

- Demonstrated success in selling and renting Aerial Work Platforms, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, Telehandlers and Truck-Mounted Boom Lifts.

- Mandatory Valid Qatar Driving License.

- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated expertise in Qatar Market dynamics and trends.
