Business Development Executive

Position : Business Development Executive
Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and convert them into qualified leads

Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to drive business inquiries

Explain the company’s services (study abroad, healthcare placement) clearly and confidently

Schedule and conduct meetings/counseling sessions with interested candidates

Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation with campaigns

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and revenue

Gather feedback from clients to improve the customer experience

Represent the company at webinars, events, and education fairs as required

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field)

Freshers or Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, inside sales, or telesales is a plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and email communication

Strong problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset

Fluent in English (Required)

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
