We’re a fast-growing marketing and media agency, empowering businesses with high-converting content, paid ads, social media, and automation systems . To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can take the lead in expanding our client base and building long-term partnerships.


📌 What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing/media solutions .
  • Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations .
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs .


🎯 What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets .
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or creative industries (preferred).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.


📍 Location:

Australia preferred, with remote options available for the right candidate.
