Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our CA Exam Test Series. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, building client relationships, and promoting our test series to students, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
  • Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the test series through campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Provide assistance in registration and address client queries.
  • Gather feedback from customers to enhance the product and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales progress, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the CA exam structure is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
