Job Role
As a Business Development Executive at FTOMS, you will drive B2B sales for our comprehensive suite of services, including VAT and Corporate Tax consultancy, business setup, audit, accounting, software solutions, digital marketing, and certifications. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales Execution: Promote and sell FTOMS services such as VAT registration and filing, Corporate Tax planning and compliance, business setup (including trade license acquisition and bank account opening), audit and bookkeeping, CRM/POS software, website development, digital marketing campaigns, and ISO/ICV certifications to corporate clients.
- Achieve Monthly Targets: Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas by managing a robust pipeline, closing deals, and tracking performance metrics.
- Client Outreach and Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, outbound sales strategies, content creation (e.g., marketing materials, proposals, and social media content), and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions based on their needs in tax compliance, financial management, and business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, UAE regulations (e.g., VAT and Corporate Tax updates), and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including tax consultants, auditors, and software specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- UAE Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including registration, filing, compliance, and advisory processes.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, financial services, or business support sectors, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Outbound Sales Skills: Proficiency in cold calling, content creation, and other lead generation techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English; Arabic, Malyalam, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali proficiency is a plus for engaging diverse clients.
- Target-Oriented: Motivated to achieve goals, with experience in managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
- Negotiation and Closing: Strong ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Other Skills: Familiarity with UAE business setup processes, financial software (e.g., accounting/CRM/POS systems), and certification standards (ISO/ICV).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sales in UAE-specific services like tax consultancy, audit, or business formation.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide initial advisory insights during sales pitches.
- Networking experience within the UAE business community.
