BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our corporate gifting solutions to companies across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online research, cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Meet with clients to understand their gifting needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to fulfill orders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM

Key Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B)
  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Communication
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
