About the Role:
Gold Coast Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to be a key player in our growth journey. As part of a newly proposed Business Development (BD) function, you will focus on generating qualified leads, sourcing high-potential listings, and forming strategic partnerships that support the sales and leasing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities across Dubai’s real estate market and bring in top-of-the-funnel leads—so our Sales team can focus on closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, property owners, corporate entities, and investors.
- Build and maintain partnerships with landlords, developers, and brokers to acquire listings.
- Generate consistent, high-quality leads to hand over to the Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Leasing teams to ensure lead conversion and smooth handovers.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on pricing trends, new developments, and competitor activity.
- Represent Gold Coast Real Estate at expos, networking events, roadshows, and corporate meetings.
- Assist Marketing in developing campaigns that drive business interest and visibility.
- Maintain and grow the CRM database with accurate client and deal information.
- Prepare business proposals and performance reports to track key KPIs and BD effectiveness.
- Meet monthly lead generation and revenue contribution targets as defined by management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New property listings/partnerships secured
- Qualified leads generated per month
- Conversion rate from BD to Sales
- Revenue directly contributed by BD efforts
- Client retention and repeat business rate
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (real estate experience in Dubai preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially in the sales and rental segments.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools.
