Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about driving growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Maintain a record of all sales activities in CRM tools or tracking sheets.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Support management in developing pricing strategies and business forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, or email outreach).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
