Role overview :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help

expand our client base in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for identifying new business

opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our audit and

tax services to SMEs.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential SME clients
• Represent the firm at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor proposals for prospective clients
• Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and client engagement materials
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within professional

services or financial services

• Strong knowledge of audit, internal control, or tax is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi SME landscape is an advantage
• Arabic language skills are a bonus
