Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in tech sales, digital marketing, and IT sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and lead generation, with a deep understanding of web development, CMS platforms like WordPress and Magento, and SaaS technologies. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition through digital channels, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Sell web development services, responsive websites, and custom web applications to global clients.
  • Pitch and close deals for eCommerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
  • Present SaaS-based solutions, CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and digital strategies.
  • Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ClickUp.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, project management, and software development.
  • Build long-term relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Performance Expectations

  • 100% accuracy in CRM updates and daily reporting using ClickUp.
  • 99.9% uptime and sub-3-second load speeds for client platforms.
  • 95%+ on-time delivery of proposals, integrations, and customizations.
  • 90%+ resolution of client issues within 24 hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, tech sales, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
