Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Spend significant time in the field to identify potential clients and establish relationships, driving new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Bring in new clients to the company, focusing on expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to understand service offerings and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Stay updated on corporate tax, VAT, and AML regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Utilize Zoho and Tally for client management and bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
• Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to grow the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, corporate tax, VAT, and AML regulations.
• Proficiency in Zoho/ Quickbooks / Tally software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
