Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s investigation services. The role focuses on generating leads, closing deals, and developing marketing strategies to expand the company’s reach and client base.

In a private investigation agency, the BDE must maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity while interacting with individuals, corporates, and legal entities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients from corporate, legal, and individual sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Schedule meetings with clients to explain investigation services (e.g., Pre/Post Matrimonial, Employee Verification, Fraud Detection, etc.).
  • Convert leads into business deals through effective negotiation and follow-ups.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized investigation solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle queries professionally.
  • Follow up for feedback, renewals, and repeat business.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist management in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify collaboration or partnership opportunities with corporates and law firms.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly business reports for management review.
  • Work with the marketing team to track performance and lead conversions.

5. Brand Promotion

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
  • Promote Shiv Eye’s brand, services, and reputation in the investigation industry.
  • Contribute to social media campaigns and online business presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in investigation, security, or legal sectors).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
