Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales growth through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and developing long-term relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and converting leads into sales, all while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.

Client Qualification: Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and match them with appropriate products or services.

Sales Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and schedule meetings or demos.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.

CRM & Documentation: Accurately log calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Feedback & Collaboration: Share client insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.

Customer Engagement: Address objections professionally, build rapport, and provide exceptional service to prospects and clients.

Salary: 60k to 65K

Location: H13 Islamabad (opposite NUST)

Please Note: This is a pure work from office position. The timings will be according to Canada's Toronto timings, According to Pakistan time , the timings will be 6PM-2AM NIGHT SHIFT.
