Business Development Executive

Enviroclean is a specialist AC and duct cleaning company operating across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, offering professional cleaning, disinfection, and full AC system maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Our mission is to provide clean, healthy air through expert workmanship, transparency, and customer care.

We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base, secure long-term maintenance contracts, and build lasting partnerships.

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus on expanding Enviroclean’s client portfolio, developing strategic partnerships, and converting inbound and outbound leads into revenue.

You’ll work directly with the company owner to create growth strategies and drive consistent month-on-month sales increases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach new commercial and residential clients (developers, facility management firms, schools, gyms, real estate agencies, and landlords).
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
  • Manage and convert inbound leads from Google Ads, Instagram, and WhatsApp into confirmed jobs.
  • Visit sites when required to assess client requirements and prepare proposals.

Partnerships & B2B Growth

  • Build partnerships with real estate brokers, property management companies, fit-out contractors, and AC installation firms.
  • Create referral agreements and recurring service contracts (quarterly or annual maintenance).
  • Ensure Enviroclean becomes an approved vendor for major property management and facility companies.

Client Relationship & Retention

  • Follow up with previous customers to offer repeat servicing packages.
  • Develop loyalty or referral programs to increase repeat bookings.
  • Request Google reviews and testimonials after completed jobs.
  • Maintain detailed client records and follow-up schedules in CRM / Excel tracker.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Provide insights from customer feedback to improve ad targeting and messaging.
  • Attend trade shows, expos, and industry networking events to represent Enviroclean.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Business development : 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (Required)
