We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our high-growth IT & AI Services company based in Pune. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our presence in the US, UK, Europe, and APAC markets. If you're a self-starter with strong outbound sales experience, and you know how to sell complex tech like AI/ML, SaaS, and custom IT solutions, we want to talk to you!

Responsibility:

Drive outbound B2B sales for international markets

Build qualified pipelines through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & AI tools

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing

Understand customer pain points & align with our AI/web/app solutions

Use tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, ChatGPT, HubSpot/Zoho CRM

Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales & delivery teams

Stay ahead of trends in Generative AI, RPA, ML, Automation

Requirement

4–5 years of experience in international B2B sales for IT/AI services

Strong cold outreach & appointment-setting track record

Hands-on with sales & automation tools: Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM

Excellent communication & consultative selling skills

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AI, SaaS, ML, LLMs, RPA is a huge plus

Strategic & data-driven approach to outbound sales
