Business Development Executive

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding students and parents about various academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities. Your role will involve effective communication, understanding student needs, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, colleges, and career paths
  • Handle walk-in, call, and online inquiries professionally
  • Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails
  • Maintain and update student records in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Participate in seminars, webinars, and college tie-up campaigns
  • Achieve monthly admission targets

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
