Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital marketing or eCommerce agency, with strong knowledge of Shopify, digital marketing services, and B2B lead generation.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communication, preparing business and marketing proposals, and contributing to the overall growth of the company's client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research, cold calling, and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and present tailored service offerings.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, marketing proposals, and service decks to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and development) to ensure client requirements are well understood.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding into new markets and industries.
  • Track, manage, and report sales activities through CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, Shopify updates, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce agency.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, online advertising (Meta, Google), and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead nurturing, and online outreach.
  • Proficiency in preparing professional business proposals and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet targets and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
