Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive (Female) with a strong background in company setup, sales outreach, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident in sales calls, and has a proven ability to support new business launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and structure new businesses, including compliance and registration processes
  • Conduct B2B and B2C sales calls to generate leads and close deals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or similar role
  • Experience in setting up new businesses is essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Female candidates encouraged to apply

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
