Business Development Executive

Job Description: Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a BDE, you will be responsible for expanding Lisan AI presence in the Saudi market, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic sales expertise, and a strong ability to engage enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2G sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Present Lisan AI solutions to potential clients and partners.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Work closely with technical and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.

Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in B2B\B2G\SaaS sales, preferably in AI or cloud-based solutions.

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain AI solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
