Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Business Development Executive to drive sales growth within a designated geographical region and lead a team of field sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations to both prospective and existing clients, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and generating clear and concise sales reports. The role also includes developing and adjusting customer visit frequency plans as needed.
To excel in this position, you must be passionate about sales, skilled in team leadership, and dedicated to achieving targets. A top-performing Business Development Executive should consistently display strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and provide strategic direction to the sales team in the assigned territory.
  • Set achievable and challenging sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance; motivate and support team members in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior leadership.
  • Visit current and potential customers within the territory to present offerings and enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Implement an effective sales management system to identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints professionally.
  • Achieve both individual and team-based sales targets.
  • Conduct and lead daily team sales meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the SAAS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in negotiation and consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Proven success in IT sales, particularly in generating new business.
  • In-depth understanding of IT solutions with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics, including Revenue by Product, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Total Addressable Market (TAM).

Job Details

  • Experience: 5 to 7 Years
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: Starting at 10:00 AM (Flexible Working Hours)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: PKR 80,000 to 120,000 + Commission (75% to 100% on each sale)
  • Includes 40 liters of fuel allowance
  • PKR 2,000 mobile allowance
