Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Business Development Executive to help grow the business side of Studio 94.
You’ll assist in developing our client base, managing our online presence, and building visibility for the studio’s creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage freelancer platform profiles (Upwork, Fiverr Pro, Behance, etc.)
• Create client proposals, quotes, and pitch decks with design team support
• Research and approach potential local and international clients
• Maintain communication with existing clients, ensuring a professional experience
• Help manage the studio’s online presence — social media, website, and portfolio updates
• Track leads, inquiries, and opportunities using CRM tools or Google Sheets
• Prepare weekly progress reports on outreach and results

Ideal Candidate

• Recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Media, or related field)
• Confident in writing and communication
• Proactive, organized, and open to learning new tools
• Interest in design, branding, and creative industries
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment with autonomy
