Sales & Business Growth • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories. • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail partners. • Expand coverage by adding new outlets and ensuring product availability. • Drive product penetration in general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels. 2. Market Development • Conduct regular market visits to assess trends, competitor activity, and pricing. • Implement promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives. • Suggest new product ideas or market expansion strategies based on feedback. 3. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts. • Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints and service issues. • Negotiate trading terms, shelf space, and promotional support. 4. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams for smooth operations. • Monitor credit limits and ensure timely payment collections.
