We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, a solid understanding of Sales preferably from manpower/recruitment industry, and a valid UAE driving license. This role involves end-to-end business development, maintain client relationships and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and leads.
- Should be passionate about sales and a go getter.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Explore new manpower supply business opportunities across companies, any verticals and in any Emirates in the UAE.
- Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline/prospect clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
