Business Development Executive

Phanteon Construction is looking for a Sales Executive who has established relationships and expertise in fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.

About the Position We are in search of an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Executive with demonstrated experience in the fit-out and interior design sector. The perfect candidate will possess excellent client networking abilities, a deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics, and the capability to develop new business prospects while nurturing strong relationships with current clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience in the fit-out/interior industry in the UAE.
• Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Arabic speakers preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market developments, competitors, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are fully met.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• fit-out/interior industry : 3 years (Preferred)
