Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international logistics, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across air, sea, and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and profit targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market intelligence and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
