Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (wholesalers, retailers, brands, distributors).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams to meet client needs.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in the footwear, leather, or fashion industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of footwear materials, production, and market trends preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality.

Salary Range: Market competitive + commissions/incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
