We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in communication, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in international B2B sales, lead generation, or IT services business development.

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate outbound leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other prospecting tools

● Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

● Engage with potential clients in the International market (US/EU/MENA)to introduce our software development and digital services.

● Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

● Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to build relationships and convert leads into qualified opportunities.

● Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.

● Maintain accurate records of all communications and progress in the company’s CRM system.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

● Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose tailored business solutions.

● Prepare reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

● Represent TAK Devs professionally in all client interactions and uphold company values.

Key Skills

● Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and conversion processes.

● Confident in handling client calls, presentations, and negotiations.

● Active listening and empathy to understand client needs effectively.

● Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.

● Ability to develop sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

● Strong analytical thinking to evaluate campaign performance.

● Goal-oriented with a proactive approach toward achieving KPIs.

● Proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and email prospecting.

● Understanding of IT and software industry trends (preferably the US/EU/MENA market).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or lead generation, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Experience with Odoo CRM or similar systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
