We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Healthcare) to drive the hospital’s growth through strategic marketing and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in field interactions, and a strong understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations.
  • Conduct field visits to promote hospital services and specialty departments.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the hospital.
  • Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to patient referrals and service promotion.
  • Submit regular reports on marketing activities and business development outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
