Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business development executive – Interior Design & Fit-Out

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business development executive with proven experience in the interior design and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are executed to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and design professionals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Established network within the real estate, property, or design sectors.
• Valid driving license.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
