About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Male/Female)

who can generate new business leads, network effectively, and represent the

company in both internal and external meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong

communication and presentation skills, a professional approach, and the ability to think

strategically to explore new lead generation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective lead generation across multiple channels

(LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, digital platforms, etc.)

• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to create a sales pipeline.

• Attend client meetings (both in-office and off-site) to support business activities.

• Build and maintain professional relationships and networks to explore business opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute outreach campaigns.

• Maintain a database of prospective clients and provide regular reports on lead

generation progress.

• Communicate confidently and professionally with local and international

Clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration.

• Experience: 1-3 year of relevant experience in lead generation, business

development, or sales.

• Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong communication and presentation skills.

2. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

3. Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement new lead generation

ideas.

4. Strong pitching and negotiation skills.

5. Experience in communicating with international clients is a plus.

6. Must be willing to attend meetings during and beyond office hours as required.
