Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Karachi & Lahore Office

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team at MyHCM. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build their career in sales, client management, and HR tech solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, supporting demos, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Core Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through research and outreach

- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

- Assist in preparing and delivering product demos and presentations to clients

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions

- Support in creating proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications

- Contribute to sales campaigns, promotions, and business development activities

- Achieve monthly targets set by the management

- Stay updated on HR tech trends in the market

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

- 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build relationships and engage with clients confidently

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

- Interest in HR technology or SaaS products is a plus
