Job Title: Business Development Executive – HRMS SaaS (Attendance, Payroll, ERP)

Location: vadodara

Experience: 1–4 Years in SaaS / IT Sales

Role Overview:

Seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales of our HRMS SaaS solutions, including Attendance and Payroll. Ideal for someone with strong IT sales experience and a passion for HR tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads for HRMS/ERP SaaS solutions
  • Conduct product demos & presentations
  • Handle full sales cycle – outreach, meetings, follow-ups, closure
  • Understand client HR/payroll needs and pitch accordingly
  • Meet sales targets and maintain CRM reports

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years in SaaS or IT product sales (HRMS/ERP preferred)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of HR/payroll processes a plus
  • Familiar with CRM tools & B2B selling
