Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with hands-on experience across the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be confident in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities- Generate new sales opportunities and close deals- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients- Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively- Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages- Track sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience in IT sales- Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closure- Strong convincing and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Experience with CRM tools is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,024.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
