As part of our outreach and promotional expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic Business Development Executives (Promoters) to represent our brand in the field and connect with potential clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives (Promoters) fluent in English and Hindi, with at least 1 year of experience in field promotions, flyer distribution, and data collection or customer engagement. The role involves promoting West Avenue’s services, distributing fliers, and generating leads through direct interaction with potential clients in public locations and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute fliers and promotional materials in high-traffic areas such as malls, events, and public spaces.
• Engage and interact with potential customers to introduce West Avenue’s immigration and visa services.
• Explain services clearly and respond to general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collect leads and contact details from interested individuals for follow-up by the sales team.
• Maintain accurate daily reports of locations covered, leads generated, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in field promotions, flyer distribution, and data collection.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable working outdoors.
• Presentable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with own visa (Freelance / Spouse / Family) are highly preferred.
