Business Development Executive

Job Description

We’re looking for a diagnostic (consultative) seller — someone who asks the right questions to uncover the real business problem before pitching a solution.

As a Sales Business Development Executive at Eazy Dynamics, you’ll engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and position our ERP + eCommerce + operational optimization services based on diagnosed needs. This role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-ups, ownership of pipeline, and consistent delivery of results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct 20+ sales/discovery calls per week with decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, CFOs, Operations Heads, IT Managers).
  • Ask strategic, diagnostic questions to uncover the real business problems—not just surface-level requests.
  • Present tailored ERP/eCommerce/digital transformation solutions based on diagnosed needs and expected outcomes.
  • Independently convert opportunities and close 5–10 deals per month (target-based, depending on deal size and cycle).
  • Prepare and present proposals, solution overviews, and commercial offers with clear scope and value.
  • Manage and update the CRM pipeline daily, ensuring accurate notes, next steps, and forecasting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales/business development (IT services, ERP, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation preferred)
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close or convert opportunities (share numbers)
  • Strong diagnostic/consultative selling mindset
  • Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
  • Strong follow-up discipline and stakeholder management
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for targets and outcomes

Timing & Work Details

  • Location: Industrial Area, Islamabad
  • Job Type: Onsite – Full Time

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
